Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial and valuation models (DCF, comps, LBO)
- Prepare pitch books, teasers and information memoranda
- Conduct industry, company and market research
- Support due diligence and data-room management
- Coordinate with clients, lawyers and auditors during transactions
Requirements
- 1–3 years in investment banking, transaction advisory or equity research
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
- MBA (Finance), CA or CFA progress strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive under deadline pressure
