Responsibilities
As the frontline of Rad Digital’s sales process, you will engage inbound ad leads across Vav and convert conversations into confirmed discovery calls.
- Connect with inbound leads promptly via phone calls and initiate meaningful conversations
- Understand each lead’s business model, current challenges, and marketing expectations
- Evaluate whether the lead is the right fit for digital marketing services
- Communicate Rad Digital’s service offerings and value proposition clearly and confidently
- Schedule qualified discovery calls between prospects and the founder
- Maintain accurate lead records and conversation notes inside GHL (Go High Level CRM)
- Follow up with interested leads to confirm scheduled appointments
Requirements
Candidates based in Vav, GJ with strong communication skills and a sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Hindi and English with confident phone communication skills
- Ability to ask the right questions, actively listen, and handle objections calmly
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (preferred, not mandatory)
- Disciplined follow-up habits and strong organizational skills
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience; sales exposure is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn GHL
