Responsibilities
- Drive Kotak Mahindra Bank business and customer acquisition across the Kochi market
- Attend to customer requests at the service desk
- Process transactions, cheques and service requests
- Resolve complaints within defined TATs
- Maintain records and KYC compliance
Requirements
- 0-2 years in customer service / front office
- Graduate in any discipline
- Patience and strong communication
- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with the Kochi (Kerala) market is an advantage
