Responsibilities
- Own the annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts
- Produce management dashboards and board reporting packs
- Run variance, cohort and unit-economics analysis
- Partner with department heads on cost and revenue planning
- Improve FP&A processes and automation
Requirements
- 3–6 years in FP&A, corporate finance or consulting
- Strong financial modelling and Excel; BI tools a plus
- Ability to communicate insights to leadership
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA preferred
- Comfort with ambiguity in a scaling business
