- Responsible for Business Target achievement through assigned Banca partner’s branches.
- Responsible for managing the overall business for assigned area (4-5 branches) which involves business development, sales, relationship management, operational and training support, identifying new business opportunities and meeting overall target assigned on new business.
- Responsible to establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel of assigned branches of partner’s branches.
- Responsible for all operations, customer servicing and customer retention activities for the assigned branches of partner’s branches.
- Responsible to drive business generation initiative to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets along with assigned partner team.
- Responsible for business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority.
- Responsible for compliant business practices and ensuring that employees of the partner comply with ethical business practices for Insurance sales.
- Responsible to maintain high channel satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Any Graduate with 18+ month in sales of Banking products – Insurance
- More the 6+ month experience in the last company
- Candidate should be from BFSI.- Banking, Finance, Insurance services Will be Prefer.
