Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of retail and priority banking customers
- Cross-sell CASA, fixed deposits, loans, insurance and mutual-fund products
- Achieve monthly revenue and book-growth targets
- Ensure KYC, documentation and regulatory compliance for every account
- Resolve customer queries and escalations promptly
Requirements
- 1–3 years in retail banking, NBFC or financial sales
- Strong knowledge of banking products and basic financial concepts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working to sales targets
- Graduate in any discipline (finance preferred)
